摘  要:利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了炭纤维(CF)表面异氰酸酯化改性后阴离子接枝尼龙6(PA6)对CF/PA6复合材料中PA6的多重熔融行为的影响。结果表明:CF的加入和其表面的接枝改性都会改变PA6等温结晶所得晶体的晶型和结晶度,且此作用与等温结晶的温度有关。较低的结晶温度下,未接枝CF表面的诱导作用有利于基体PA6形成稳定的α晶型;而表面接枝改性CF与PA6界面相互作用的提高会阻碍基体形成稳定的α晶型,主要形成γ和γ*晶型。较高温度下,未改性CF表面的诱导作用减弱,基体与纯PA6一样主要形成γ晶型;而接枝改性CF则使得基体倾向形成亚稳定的γ*型结晶。且未接枝CF的加入使得PA6的表观相对结晶度增大,而CF接枝改性后复合材料的表观相对结晶度减小。The effect of surface isocyanation of carbon fiber on the melting behavior of PA6 in CF/PA6 composites was studied by Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC). The results show that the introduction of both grafted and ungrafted carbon fiber results in the change of crystal form and crystallization degree of PA6, which relates to corresponding isothermal crystallization temperature. At lower temperature, the induction of ungrafted carbon fiber surface promotes the formation of stable α crystal; while the enhanced interaction between grafted carbon fiber and PA6 leads to γ and γ~crystal. At higher temperature, due to the weak induction of carbon fiber surface, γ crystal is predominant in the matrix of ungrafted CF/PA6 composites ,which is similar to pure PA6; However, grafted carbon fiber promotes the formation of metastable γ~ crystal. Meanwhile, ungrafted carbon fiber increases the apparent relative crystallization degree, while the effect of grafted carbon fiber is opposite.
