摘 要:用X射线衍射仪和红外光谱对羧甲基甲壳素的结构进行了分析,并研究了结构与性能的关系。分析结果表明,随取代度DS的增大,羧甲基甲壳素的结晶度下降,但保湿性、吸湿性及透明度增加。羧甲基甲壳素有一定的抑菌作用。Chitin is a nature high polymer of abundant resources. As it is not dissolved by water and most the organic solvent, it has limited usage. However, when chitin is carboxymethyled, the resulted carboxymethyl chitin is water soluble and has wonderful hygroscopicity and moisture retention. WAXD and FT-IR were used to determined carboxymethyl chitin′s structure, and its correlated properties were studied. The results show that with the increase of DS, the crystallinity decrease, while the hydroscorpicity, moisture retention and transparency increase. When DS reached (0.68), carboxymethyl chitin′s crystallinity decreased 70% comparing with the raw chitin, while the hygroscorpicity was much increased up to (6.9) times, and the moisture retention was moderately increased. The antibacterial property of carboxymethyl chitin was also examined.
