瓜尔豆小孢子发育时期与花器形态相关性研究

摘　　要：对瓜尔豆小孢子发育的细胞学观察及小孢子不同发育时期与花萼特征、花蕾大小和花药颜色的相关性进行了研究,同时还调查了花序中不同序位的花蕾小孢子发育时期的规律。结果表明,瓜尔豆小孢子发育呈现高度一致性,与花器外部形态密切相关。依据花器形态特征即可判断小孢子发育时期,从而为瓜尔豆花药离体培养接种外植体的选择提供科学依据。There is high consistence between cytological development period of guar's microspore and the shape,size of flower organ.The characteristic of cytological development period of guar's microspore and corresponding shape,size of flower organ,the color of anther and their interrelation were investigated.In addition,the difference of flower bud growing on assorted place of inflorescence was also investigated.Therefore,the cytological development period of microspore can be decided by size,color and shape of the flower organ.The research will be applied to guide suitable inoculation period in guar's haploid breeding.
