摘　　要：目的 :观察针刺抗抑郁治疗对卒中后抑郁患者抑郁症状及神经功能康复的影响。方法 :将从2 70例脑卒中患者中筛选出的 76例卒中后抑郁患者随机分为针刺抗抑郁治疗组、对照组 ,采用单盲方法 ,将治疗组患者加用针刺神庭、本神等抗抑郁治疗 ,观察 2组患者治疗前后抑郁症状及神经功能康复的情况。结果 :治疗组患者无论HAMD量表、ESS评分及ADL评分变化均优于对照组 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。并且治疗组患者抑郁症状及神经功能康复的总有效率均明显高于对照组。结论 :针刺抗抑郁治疗不但有利于卒中后抑郁患者抑郁症状的康复 ,也有利于患者神经功能康复 。Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture on the rehabilitation of depression after cerebral apoplexy. Method: 76 cases from 270 patiens with depression after cerebral apoplexy, were randomly divided into the treatment group, the controlled group, while the single blind procedure was adopted. The treatment group was combined with acupuncture at Shenting(GV 24), Benshen(GB 13),while to observe the change of depression symptom and the rehabilitation of nerve function. Results:The treatment group was better than the controlled group in HAMD, ESS and ADL and in the total effective rate of the change of depression symptom and the rehabilitation of nerve function ( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncture can not only ameliorate the depression symptom, but also improve the rehabilitation of nerve function, which is a effective therapy.
