红外热像技术在针灸—经络研究中的应用近况(综述)

摘　　要：目的 :红外热像技术被广泛应用于针灸—经络理论的研究中 ,是研究针灸—经络现象及其机制的一个比较成熟的方法。本文旨在总结国内外将红外热像技术应用于针灸—经络的研究近况 ,为进一步研究提供参考依据和启发思路。方法 :综述相关文献近 5 0篇 ,从红外热像原理 ,针灸—经络原理 ,以及红外热像技术应用于在针灸—经络原理的探讨、经络温度特性观察、循经高温线 (带 )机制阐述、针刺治疗临床疾病效果观察、经脉—脏腑相关动物模型建立等方面的应用进行阐述 ,论述其优越性及尚需改进之处。结果 :红外热像技术是一种广泛应用于针灸—经络研究中的较为成熟的方法。结论Purpose:The autor summarized resent research of infra-red thermography used in the study of acupuncture-moxibustion and meridian, as to provide a warranty and inspire ideas of researchers. Method: About 50 paperson application of infra-red thermography in this field are reviewed from the following aspects:the principle of infra-red thermography, the principle of acupuncture-moxibustion and meridian, the application of infra-red thermography in the study of this field, the observation of temperature character of meridians, the mechanism of high temperature lines along meridians, the curative effect of acupuncture-moxibustion in clinic, construction of animal model of meridian-viscera, etc, and discuss the advantages and disadvantages that to be revised of infra-red thermography in the usage of the study of acupunture-moxibustion and meridian.Result:Infra-red thermoguaphy is quite a mature method that has been wildly used in the study of acupuncture-moxibustion and meridian. Conclution:The application of infra-red thermography in the study of acupuncture-moxibustion and meridians has a bright future.
