摘　　要：铸造用砂热膨胀性测试装置 ,由加热装置、温控装置、移位检测单元、数据记录与处理单元等组成 ,可实现铸造用砂随温和等温热膨胀性测试。Thermal-expansion detector for casting sand is designed and developed,which is composed of heating, temperature controlling,expansion-detecting,data-recording and processing parts. It can be used to detect the thermal-expansion properties of casting sand under changing or constant temperatures. In the end,the expansion-temperature curve of a typical kind of casting sand from Hebei province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has been given by using this device.
