罗家寨气田飞仙关气藏高酸性气井完井工艺技术实践

摘　　要：高酸性气井中的硫化氢与二氧化碳对油管、套管产生严重的腐蚀 ,威胁着气井的安全生产 ,完井方式选择不当也会加剧这种腐蚀。通过国内外调研 ,提出了一种采用材质防腐的完井方式 ,该完井方式通过采用永久式封隔器、特扣内衬油管和不锈钢井口来达到使酸性气体与井下生产管串隔离的目的 ,从而防止油管、套管腐蚀 ,并延长气井的免修期 ,可在高酸性气田推广这种完井方式。H 2S and CO 2 in sour well will lead to serious corrosion of tube and casing,which endangering the safe production of the gas well.In addition,inappropriate selection of well completion method will intensify the degree of corrosion by invesigating well completion technology home and abroad,this paper introduces a kind ofcompletion method utilizing corrosion-proof materials.It applies permanent packer,special-thread inner liner and stainless wellhead to isolate sour gas and downhole production pipe string so as to prevent corrosion of tube and casing.Besides,it postpones gas well workover date.The method can be widely used in sour gas field.
