渤海稠油油田适度出砂生产可行性研究

摘　　要：针对海上油田的实际情况 ,提出了适度出砂生产的概念 ,分析了适度出砂生产的优势和带来的一系列问题 ,国外油田的应用实例也证明了适度出砂开采可以大幅度提高油井的产量。讨论了海上油田应用适度出砂技术应解决的关键问题 ,包括砂子产出后的处理问题、临界压差和出砂量预测问题、砂子输送预测问题、以及设备侵蚀率预测问题等。在分析渤海稠油油田特点的基础上研究了渤海油田对这一技术的适应性。认为在渤海稠油油田进行适度出砂方式开采是可行的。Aiming to the fact of offshore oilfield,the paper presents the concept of producing with sanding,analyses the advantage and the disadvantage brought about by this producing method.Foreign application examples have proved that the producing with reasonable sanding can increase largely the well production.Key problems,such as the disposal of produced sand and the estimation of critical pressure differential and sand influx,sand delivery and equipments corrosion rate,and so on,are discussed.Basing on the characteristic of BoHai heavy oilfield,the adaptability to the new producing method is investigated.It is proved that it is feasible for BoHai heavy oilfield to apply the manner of producing with reasonable sanding.
