摘　　要：针对目前热采注汽管柱伸缩管无法隔热 ,热损失较大 ,现用热采封隔器密封效果较差等问题 ,研制出了K331RT - 15 0高温热采封隔器。该封隔器采用弹簧作为动力件 ,利用密封筒材料随温度的变化伸张收缩达到密封和解封目的 ,且具有动态密封性 ,可不用伸缩管。文中主要对该热采封隔器的工作原理、特点及现场应用情况等进行了论述。实践证明 ,该封隔器结构简单、性能可靠 ,即节约了成本 ,又大大提高注汽质量 ,并减少了套管损坏 ,在稠油蒸汽吞吐井上应用效果很好。For compensating pipe of steam injection pipe string in thermal production well can't be heat insulation and results more heat loss,and sealing effect of using thermal production packer is bad,the K331RT-150 high-temperature thermal packer was developed in 2002.This packer has some features,such as novel design,specific structure,using spring as power parts and dynamic sealing property.The paper needn't use compensating pipe.This paper mainly analyses the work principle,characteristics and field application of this packer.Field application proved that this packer has simple structure and reliable performance,and it can improve greatly steam injection quality and reduce casing failure.And it have obtain good application effect in heavy oil steam-stimulated well.
