摘　　要：在世界上许多发达国家金融业混业经营的背景下,我国的一些企业为回避分业经营带来的限制,组建了一些金融控股公司。金融控股公司的组织形式得到认可并迅速发展壮大起来。适应金融形势的变化,调整我国的金融监管结构,是摆在金融监管人员面前的一个重大课题。Under the background of integrative services in finance in most developed countries, some Chinese enterprises set up finance-controlling companies in order to avoid the restrictions brought about by separate service. Now the finance-controlling company has developed rapidly and its organizational reform has been approved. The tremendous task confronting the finance regulators is to suit the change of financial situation to adjust our country's financial regulation structure.
