摘　　要：客观地、如实地分析俄国经济及政治形势 ,对了解普京连任后如何作为大有裨益。短期内普京治国论的“三套车”未必奏效 ,经济目标也难以兑现 ,对外政策中的中国因素也有待释放。只有解决了中俄关系中的深层次问题 。Objectively and faithfully analysis the situation of Russia's politics and economy will tremendously benefit finding out his activity after PuTin's be reappointed.In short term,PuTin's theory of manage state affairs will unnecessaryily be successful,the economic aim will be incashed difficultly,the Chinese element in his external policy will be given out.If the deep level problem in Sino-Russia relationship can be solved,the relationship will develop healthily and smoothly.
