摘　　要：归纳了中位取代四苯基卟啉及其衍生物的几种基本合成方法,综述了卟啉及金属卟啉在生物、医学、化学、及材料等学科中的一些应用.The article introduces the synthesis of some meso-substituded tetraphenylporphyrin and its derivatives. The unique structure promises the application value of the porphyrin and metalporphyrin complexes in biology,medicine,chemistry,catalysis fileds, etc.
