利用OLYMPUS-BF-P30型仪介入治疗空洞性肺结核的研究

摘  要:为观察支气管介入治疗药物的安全性 ,采用手工法、仪器法分别测定卡波姆凝胶与帕司烟肼药物的最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)、最小杀菌浓度 (MBC) ,并对家兔支气管介入的安全性进行了试验 ,给出了对 6 0例临床患者的应用分析。结果显示帕司烟肼的卡波姆凝胶对H3 7Rv标准株、牛型结核分枝杆菌、草分枝杆菌的MIC值分别为 0 .1,0 .1,0 .4mg/L ,MBC值分别为 0 .2 ,0 .2和 1.6mg/L ;家兔动物实验表明该药无任何毒副作用 ;6 0例临床好转率为 85 %。说明应用OLYMPUS BFTo observe the safety of medicine of the intervenient therapy of bronchi, the MIC and MBC of carbomer gel and pasiniazid were measured by handwork and instrument methods. Meanwhile, the safety experiment of the intervenient therapy of rabbit bronchi and the application analysis of 60 clinical patients were carried out. The MIC of carbomer gel of pasiniazid to M. tuberculo, M. boris and M. phlei were 0.1 mg/1, 0.1 mg/1 and 0.4 mg/1 and the MBC were 0.2 mg/1, 0.2 mg/1 and 1.6 mg/1 respectively. The drugs had no halmful effect since 85% of 60 clinical patients had taken a turn for the better. Conclusion showed that the intervenient therapy of tuberculosis by OLYMPUS-BF-P30 using the foundation of carbomer, pasiniazid, as a gel was effective.
