摘　　要：中东欧剧变后 ,波兰的欧洲政策经历了从回归欧洲的模糊的政治口号到加入欧盟的明确的欧洲战略的演变。波兰与欧盟的入盟谈判过程 ,不仅是欧盟以自身共同体的制度和方式塑造和规制波兰的过程 ,同时也是波兰为自身利益讨价还价的过程。波兰的经验表明 ,在入盟谈判中 ,候选国的谈判战略在谈判过程中也发挥着相当重要的作用。Since the dramatic changes in central and eastern Europe,Poland’s policies toward Europe have changed from uncertain political slogans of “returning to Europe” to explicit strategies of “joining the EU ”. The process of accession negotiations between Poland and the EU is not only a process that the EU institutionalizes Poland according to its ideas and principals,but also a process of Poland bargaining for its own interests. The experiences of Poland demonstrate that adequate negotiation strategies of candidate countries could play an important role in accession negotiations.
