摘  要:用细胞离析法对春播和秋播燕麦各叶位叶片细胞形态的观察表明,春播时随叶位提高,具有多环的叶肉细胞比例增加,叶肉细胞变小,表皮气孔密度增加。而秋播有与春播相反的趋势,即随叶位提高,多环的叶肉细胞所占比例变化不大或略有下降,叶肉细胞变大,气孔密度降低。随秋播播期推迟,相同叶位叶片细胞的变化趋势,与秋播时随叶位提高的变化趋势相同。By means of cell separation,the morphology of leaf blade cells at different leafpositions of a naked oat(Arena nuda L.)variety“Pin No.6”,and a huskoat(Avena sativa L.)variety“Jian Zhuang”were studied under differentsowing-date conditions.The structure of the leaf blade cells showed gradual changesin morphology with leaf position from bottom to top on the main stem,but the tend-ency of the changes were opposite to each other between spring- and autumn-sownoats.The changes in morphology of leat blade cells were:(1)The percentage ofcomplex mesophyll cells(with more links) increased significantly in spring-,but hard-ly in autumn-sown oats;(2)The average width and height of the mesophll cells de-creased in spring-,but increased in autumn-sown;(3)The stomatal densities on bothadaxial and adaxial epidermis increased in spring-,but decreased in autumn-sown oatwith leaf position upwards on the main stem.The effect of ecological comditions,es-pecially temperature,on the morphology of leaf blade cells,and the ecophysiologicalsignificance of the results,were discussed.
