摘 要:本文观察30例胚胎和尸体的跖趾骨形态,发现软骨膜骨化的骨领较软骨内骨化的中心出现稍早,骨领具有引导和限制骨化扩展方向的双重作用。跖趾骨两端均有生长带、骨化线和软骨膜环,提示无骺端也具有生长能力和塑型作用。远节趾骨的原发骨化中心发生于骨干远端,骨化只向近端扩展,远端无生长带、骨化线和软骨膜环,提示远节趾骨的远端(无跖端)无生长能力和塑型作用。Shapes of metatarsophalangeal bones in 30 fetuses and corpses were observd. The appearance of bony collar of perichondral ossification is slightly earlier than one of the center of endochondral ossification. Bony collar has a double role in leading and limiting the direction of ossificating expansion. There are growth zone, ossification line and perichondral ring in the both ends of metatarsophalangeal bones.These imply that the non-epiphyseal end has growth ability and remodelling role also. The primary ossification center of the distal phalanx occurs at the distal end of the shaft.Ossifica-tion expands only to the proximal end. There are not growth zone, ossification line and perichondral ring at the distal end. Thene imply that the distal end (nonepiphyseal end) of the distal phalanx has not growth ability and remodelling role.
