摘 要:以聚氯乙烯 (PVC)和炭黑 (CB)为原料 ,加入抗氧剂 10 10 ,通过混合、混炼、模压制备PVC/CB高分子复合高温PTC材料。该复合材料表现出典型的PTC性质 ,并比PE/CB体系有更高的工作温度。研究了该复合材料的热稳定性并讨论了该复合体系组成对PTC性质的影响 ;并从内部网络结构变化分析了其使用次数对稳定使用温度的影响。High temperature macromolecular PTC materials were prepared by using of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and ethyne carbon black (CB) as precursors. PVC, CB and antioxygen were plastified on a mixing roll at 180℃ for 15 minutes, then the mixture was formed to thin sheet via compression moulding by use of a vulcanizing machine. This PVC/CB composite presents typical PTC properties and provides a high use temperature compared to PE/CB system. The thermal stability of the composite was investigated and the proper concentration of CB was discussed as well. The dependence of stable use temperature on operating times was studied, and the cause of stable use temperature drop with increase of operating times was analyzed by the investigation of the destruction of CB conductive networks.
