摘　　要：目的 :研究高L 蛋氨酸饮食对血管内皮细胞的损伤。　方法 :将SD大鼠 1 6只 ,随机分为两组 ,高蛋氨酸组(M组 )和对照组 (C组 ) ,每组各 8只。每天给予M组大鼠 3%的蛋氨酸饮食 ,在第 1 6周处死 ,取血检测内皮素、一氧化氮 ,取主动脉行病理学检查。　结果 :M组大鼠血清内皮素含量显著高于C组 ,一氧化氮明显低于C组。主动脉病理检查可见有明显内膜萎缩 ,内膜表面有脂肪颗粒沉着 ,中膜增厚 ,弹性纤维增生、紊乱 ,外膜弹性纤维增生 ,部分移入中膜。　结论Objective: To study the endothelium damage induced by high dose of methionine in rat. Methods: SD rats were randomized into control diet group(Group C) and high methionine group(3%, Group M). The serum amino acid, ET and NO were examined after different diets for 16 weeks. The pathological assay of aortic was examined. Results: After 16 weeks, Group M had hypermethioninemia and hyperhomocysteinemia, and Group M had high contents of ET and low contents of NO. The heavy loss of endothelium, the hyperplasia of elastic fibers and the atrophy of muscle were found in aortic in Group M. Conclusions: High dose of methionine has the effects of inducing hyperhomocysteinemia and damaning the endothelium.
