摘 要:高硅铝合金 A390是制造发动机活塞的理想材料。目前我国这种用途的 A390合金铸锭通常都是采用金属型铸造的,不仅铸造缺陷多,而且生产效率低。针对这种情况,我们在热顶半连续铸造的基础上开发出了生产这种合金锭的新工艺,并对合金的变质、热处理工艺进行了一些有益的探索。采用这一新工艺可有效地除气、排渣,提高表面质量及劳动效率,同时,也大大提高了合金的综合机械性能,这对于适应现代发动机朝高速、高增压、大功率方向发展有重要意义。High silicon aluminum alloy A390 is an idea material for making engine piston.Up to now,the A390 casting ingots for this purpose are usually cast by metal mould,so,there are not only many casting defects in the ingots,but the production efficiency is lower,too.In view of this situation,we have developed a new process for producing the A390 ingot based on the hot-top DC casting, and searched into the inoculation treatment and homogenization treatment of the alloy.The new process can effectively degas,remove slag,improve surface quality and increase production efficiency,and furthermore,greatly improve overall mechanical behavior of the alloy,which is very important for meeting the needs of modem engines developing towards high speed,high pressurizing and large power.
