摘　　要：如何创新机制,进一步加强海峡两岸农业科技合作,形成全方位合作、全要素流动的新型模式?本文就此提出了创新引进机制、合作机制、合作重点和管理体制等方面的对策建议。How to bring new ideas in cooperation mechanism of agricultural science and technology between two shores of Taiwan straits, further strengthen the cooperation, form a new pattern of overall cooperation and essential factor mobility, this paper puts forward the suggestions in introduction mechanism, cooperation mechanism, important point of cooperation, management system, etc.
