摘　　要：发展绿色能源-燃料乙醇产业,对实现可持续发展战略,减轻环境污染,特别是城镇的空气污染,节省石油资源,减少石油进口的压力都具有十分重要的战略意义。在我国南方,发展能源甘蔗和燃料乙醇产业,能最大限度地发挥该地区中、南亚热带的区域优势,做到既发展生产又保护了环境。Developing the green energy (fuel ethanol industry) has a very important strategy meaning to realize the strategy for sustainable development, to lighten pollution of the environment, especially air pollution in cities and towns, and to reduce import of petroleum. It can bring into play the region superiority of the center or southern subtropics in southern China. It also can accomplish both developing production and protecting environment.
