世界花生生产走势及我国外贸出口的对策

摘　　要：针对世界近30年来花生生产发展情况,综合了10个花生主产国面积、单产和总产的变化及份额。统计分析了15个主要进出口国花生进出口数量、份额的变化以及我国在国际花生市场上的地位和影响。提出了以选育推广油用、食用、加工出口专用配套的花生品种;建好花生出口原料生产基地,实行订单农业,推广生态农业、绿色食品。实行产、加、销一条龙的生产模式;尽快解决黄曲霉毒素和农残超标问题;改进工艺设备,强化以提高产品档次为主的措施。努力开拓欧盟及日本等市场,把我国花生出口创汇工作做大做强。This paper focuses on the development of world peanut production in recent 30 years , including changes of planting area, yield per unit , total yield among 10 main peanut production countries. The statistics show changes of quantity of peanut importing and exporting, share and international standing and impact over the world peanut market of China. This paper propose to breed oil-used, food-used, exporting-oriented new varieties; establish exporting peanut producing base; carry out contract agriculture; put forward eco-agriculture and organic food , realize a new producing, processing and marketing system , resolve pesticide residue problem, improve process technology and equipment, develop high level product and promote our peanut products sales in European and Japan market, thereby enhance foreign exchange making ability by peanut export.
