草浆造纸黑液用于粘结剂生产的研究

摘　　要：草浆造纸黑液的污染治理技术是国内水污染研究的热点 ,将木质素用于粘结剂的生产是其中备受关注的一个研究方向。本文从造纸黑液污染的危害出发 ,通过对黑液成分的分析探讨了用木质素生产粘结剂的可能性 ,并总结出造纸黑液提取木质素的三种工艺路线 ,对造纸黑液制取木质素类粘结剂的研究及应用现状进行了综合评述 ,指出了其中还存在的不足 ,并对造纸黑液制取粘结剂的发展前景进行了展望。The research on the comprehensive application of the black liquor has achieved great progress, and using lignin in adhesive production has aroused great interests of many researchers. In this article, three technical methods were summed up, the research and application of using black liquor of straw pulping in lignin adhesive production were summarized, and the shortages of these researches were pointed out. In a word, the prospect of using black liquor of straw pulping in lignin adhesive production is bright.
