摘　　要：罗塘石膏矿是我队矿业开发的首批矿山 ,采矿总量为 110 0万t。本文根据本矿山的安全生产特点 ,重点阐述了安全生产管理上 ,突出“六字”安全生产工作法。即 :在施工方案上突出“优”字 ;在思想认识上突出“防”字 ;在管理上突出“严”字 ;在工作方法上突出“细”字 ;在处理违章行为上突出“狠”字 ;在技术方法上突出“新”字。从而确保了矿山安全生产 ,使矿山的安全生产年年达标、创优。Luotang Gypsum Mine is one of the first mines that our team developed. Altogether there are about 11 000 000 tons of gypsum in the mine. After years of hard work, we have got good technical advantages and economical benefits in extracting the mine. We have also gained good achievements in safety production. This article mainly elaborates the safety production management according to the distinguishing characteristic of the mine.It emphasizes the “six words” safety production working method: “excellent” in the plan of construction,“prevent” in the minds of people,“strict” in the management,“careful” in the working method,“strictly” in dealing with deeds against the rules and regulations, and “new”in the technique methods. Therefore we have ensured the safety of the mine and the work of the mine safety reaches the standard and obtains “excellent”in the safety checking every year.
