摘　　要：　给定C*-丛(E,p,G),首先证明了E上循环*表示由E0决定;然后证明了:C*(E)与E0强Morita等价.Given a C~*-bundle (E, p, G), first we prove that the class of cyclic * repersentations on E has been determined uniquely by that of E_0. Furthermore we prove that C~*(E) and E_0 are strongly Morita equivalent, so they have the same spectrum, where the meanings of them see the following section 1.
