摘　　要：本文通过对国家创新体系中各个子系统的信息需求的讨论 ,阐述了信息的重要组成因素 。Through the discussion of information needs of all sub-systems in national innovation system,the paper expounds that information is the important elements,information guarantee sub-system is the important components,it also expounds the characteristics and functions of information guarantee sub-system.
