摘　　要：简单介绍户式集中空调系统的由来,分析了制冷剂系统、风机盘管加新风系统、全空气系统3种类型的优缺点.结合工程实例,总结出全空气系统舒适、节能、低成本的特点.对户式集中空调的发展及其普及要解决的问题提出了自己的见解,最后指出其有着广阔的前景.This paper simply introduces the origin of household central air conditioning, and analyses the advantage and disadvantage of refrigeration system fan - coil unit and fresh air system, and full - air system. With a project example, the full-air systems features such as comfort, energy efficiency and low cost are pointed out. The authors'own suggestion to the prospect of household central air conditioning and the problems which should be solved during its popularizing are put forward. At last the conclusion that it has a potential prospect is drawn out.
