摘 要:采用复合生物菌给新生仔猪喂服,测定其对肠道三种主要菌群的影响;同时用致病性大肠杆菌攻毒,测定其抗病力。结果表明:复合生物菌能显著地降低仔猪直肠中的大肠杆菌,增加乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌等有益菌,有效地促进肠道正常菌群的形成,使仔猪下痢的发病率降低 87.47%,治疗显效率达 100%,对致病性大肠杆菌有很强的拮抗作用。The studies on the effect of compound biological bacterium on three chief intestinal bacilli and the effecet of compound biological bacterium on the antagonistic capability of the nosogenesis Escherichia coli were made by feeding on new-born piglets.The results indicated that the number of Escherichia coli was significantly decreased,and the number of Bacillus bifidus , Lactobacillus lactis and some other beneficial bacilli was significantly increased in the recturm of the piglet fed compound biological bacterium( < 0.05). On the other hand , Compound biological bacterium can also help piglets to prompt the formation of the intestinal well-balanced bacilli and decrease the occurrence rate of the dysen- tery . And the occurrence rate of the dysentery of piglets fed compound biological bacterium was lower than that of con- trol group by 87.47%. The cure rate was 100% . In addition , in the experimental group , the antagonistic capability of the nosogenesis Escherichia coli can also reach 100%.
