摘　　要：用 6 种不同的免疫方法接种健康产蛋母鸡所制备的卵黄抗体,用琼扩法测定免疫后不同时期的卵黄抗体效价,并将其作 1:4稀释后用于临床治疗试验。结果表明,以第 5 组(首免肌注自制油乳剂灭活苗2 mL/只,一周后同上法二免)效价最高,总有效率达 98%以上, h 后症状即见明显好转。Yolk antibody is prepared by inoculating healthy egg-laying hens with six different immunity methods ,the effect and value of yolk antibody of different stages is determined with Qiong Kao Fa after immunity, and it is diluted by 1:4 to use for clinic treatment test , the results show the fifth group the first immunity muscle injection, self-made oil-milk rac- ( cine 2ml/tube, the second immunity as the aboveone week later)has the highest effect and value,thetotal efficient reaches more than 98%, the sympton obviously turns for better after 12 hours .
