摘　　要：本文总结了20多年来图书馆建筑工程管理中的经验和教训,重点论述了在图书馆建筑工程前期管理中图书馆员的地位及其在立项、调研、方案设计、图纸审核等几个环节中的基本职责和应注意的问题。This paper sums up experience and lessons drawn from the management of library con- struction projects in the past 20 years and discusses librarians' role and duty in the prophase management of library construction projects.It emphasizes on their basic functional responsibility in the course of pro- ject establishment,investigation,scenario design and blueprint auditing and addresses the possible issues in the course.
