摘 要:从杭州市种猪试验场 2 0 0 0至 2 0 0 2年间共 14 4 3头后备猪个体性能测定资料中 ,找出上代亲本在各年度中的后裔数 ,用比例法按年份校正公母头数使之达到均等。以 5头为一增量 ,计算一次后裔指数并与亲本的性能指数比较。对上一代亲本的遗传素质进行再评估 ,暂称间接后裔测定。结果表明 :亲本性能指数低的个体其后裔指数也较低 ;但有少量亲本性能指数相同的个体其后裔指数却相差较大 ,说明有部分亲本表型值与遗传值之间有较大差异。间接后裔测定时 ,约需 2 0~ 2 5头后裔才能较准确地估计亲本的基因型值。By the individual performance-test data of 1 443 offspring swine in the year from 2000 to 2002 at Hangzhou Swine Breeding Farm, the selection index of breeding-swine was re-estimated.This kind of genetic evaluation was temporarily named indirect progeny performance testing in this paper.In order to eliminate the effect of offspring sex, the proportion of boars and sows for a certain parent was adjusted to 1∶1 in each year.The results indicated that if the selection index of breeding-swine estimated by own performance test(i.e.performance index)was lower, its selection index re-estimated by progeny performance test(i.e.progeny index)was usually lower too, but there were few individuals whose progeny index was strikingly different from that of other individuals that had the same performance index.This suggested that phenotype value was not always correspondence with breeding value.In addition, the stability of progeny index was studied, when the number of offspring used in progeny performance testing increased (five individuals as an increasing subset).When carrying out the progeny test, about 2025 progenies were required to estimate the genotype value of the parents accurately.
