摘  要:以对甲苯磺酸为酯化催化剂,分别合成了邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和草酸二乙酯;考察影响酯化反应的各因素,得到最优化条件。在最佳反应条件下,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯收率达99.64%,草酸二乙酯收率达94.52%;研究结果表明,对甲苯磺酸具有很高的催化活性。Di-n-butyl phthalate and diethyl oxalate were separately synthesized using p-toluene sulphonic acid as catalyst. The effects of reaction conditions including amount of p-tuluene suphonic acid, the molar ratio of organic acids to alcohols, reaction time and kinds of water carrying agent on the yield of the product were examined. The optimum conditions were obtained. Under such conditions the yields of di-n-butyl phthalate and diethyl oxalate were up to 99.64% and 94.52% respectively. The result showed that p-toluene sulphonic acid as esterification catalysts had very high catalytic activity.
