摘　　要：监理工程师除了在施工现场中进行质量、进度、投资控制外,还要根据工程的实际情况,在质量、进度、投资和合同方面为业主提出合理化建议,当好业主的参谋。In addition to controlling the quality, progress and investment in the construction, thesupervising and managing engineers should give some reasonable advice to the proprietors on the quality,progress, investments and contracts, and have to be good staff officers to proprietors.
