摘　　要：辽西热河生物群化石被誉为20世纪古生物学界最惊人的发现,其化石产地已成为世界级的古生物化石宝库。针对辽西化石产地的特点及存在的问题,对如何做好产地保护管理工作,使辽西热河生物群化石资源的利用走向可持续发展的道路进行了探讨。Labelled as one of the most astonishing discoveries in the field of paleontology in the 20th century, Jehol Biota in West Liaoning province has been regarded as a world-rate treasure-house in way of paleontology fossils. This paper discusses the protection and management of the native haunt of the fossils so that the utilization of the resources of Jehol Biotafossil in West Liaoning province will be sustained.
