摘  要:对普通番茄与樱桃番茄杂交一代的单果重(X1),单株结果数(X2),单株花数(X3),座果率(X4),可溶性固形物(X5)和单株产量(X6)进行了杂种优势研究,结果表明:普通番茄与樱桃番茄杂种一代X6优势明显;X4和X5存在一定的杂种优势,但优势指数不大,X1、X2和X3多表现为负向优势。除X5外,其余5个性状的变异系数和变幅都较大,说明不同组合间优势表现差异大。显性度分析表明,6个性状显性度群体效应的大小顺序为X6>X4>X5>X2>X1>X3,X6和X4以正向显性效应为主,X1、X2、X3和X5主要以负向部分显性为主。Fruit weight (X_1), fruit number per plant (X_2), flower number per plant (X_3), percentage of fruit setting (X_4), total soluble solids (X_5) and yield per plant (X_6) of the F_1 hybrid between three common tomato traits and three cherry tomato traits were studied. Results indicated that X_6 showed obvious heterosis, X_4 and X_5 showed positive heterosis whereas their heterosis indexes were not high, almost all X_1, X_2 and X_3 showed negative heterosis. Variance coefficients of X_1, X_2, X_3, X_4 and X_6 were high whereas that of X_3 was low; this indicated that differences of heterosis performances between different combinations were significant. Dominant degree analysis showed that sequence of average dominant degree was X_6>X_4>X_5>X_2>X_1>X_3, X_6 and X_4 presented positive dominance, X_1, X_2, X_3 and X_5 presented negative partial dominance.
