摘  要:研究了短枝红富士苹果8个不同时期除袋对果实品质的影响。结果表明:不同时期除袋对果实着色有影响,但不影响单果重和果形指数;同一时期采收的果实,随着除袋时间的推迟,果实硬度和可溶性固形物含量呈下降的趋势。短枝红富士苹果在陕西渭北产区最佳除袋时期为9月24日~10月10日,除内袋后6d内,果皮花青苷含量迅速上升,果实着色最快,6~8d果面鲜红,光洁,外观最佳。Short-branch 'Red Fuji' apple was used to determine the effects of 8 different periods of debagging on its quality. Results indicated that different periods of debagging had effect on coloring, but not on the weight of simple fruit or the index of fruit shape. The fruits picked at the same time, with the retardation of debagging, appeared a decreasing trend in hardness and in soluble solids.In north of Wei River of Shaanxi province, for Short-branch 'Red Fuji', the most appropriate stage of debagging should be from September 24th to October 10th. Within the 6 days after removing the inter bag, red color and anthocyanin of fruit develop rapidly. During the time from 6 days to 8 days after removing inter bag, the fruit is bright-colored, luminous, and the most welcome in market.
