摘 要:铝电解用炭素阳极在电解生产过程中,除发生阳极反应外,还与空气及阳极反应产物CO2发生氧化反应,导致炭素阳极的过量消耗。为降低炭素阳极的过量消耗,制备了添加不同含铝添加剂(Al、Al4C3、AlF3和Al2O3)的炭素阳极试样,采用等温热重法测试其空气/CO2反应活性。结果表明,多种含铝添加剂可降低炭素阳极在450℃下的空气反应活性和970℃下的CO2反应活性,且随着添加剂Al4C3、AlF3和Al2O3含量的提高出现最小活性值,但是各种添加剂都提高了阳极在550℃下的空气反应活性。Airburn reaction and carboxy reaction result in the excess consumption of carbon anode in aluminum electrolysis. To reduce the excess carbon consumption, carbon anode was doped with aluminum-containing additives, Al, Al_4C_3, AlF_3 and Al_2O_3. Their reactivity in air and CO_2 was determined with an isothermal-gravimetric method to study the effect of aluminum-containing additives on the reactivity in air and CO_2 of carbon anode. Results shown that the airburn reactivity at 450℃ and carboxy reactivity at 970℃ of carbon anode both decreased with Al-containing additives adding, while shown a minimum with the amount of Al_4C_3, AlF_3 and Al_2O_3 increasing. However, all Al-containing additives increase the airburn reactivity at 550℃ of carbon anodes.
