摘　　要：称呼语是一种重要的言语行为,其语用特点十分浓厚。称呼语可以分为面称语和背称语。文章旨在论证英汉面称语的实施模式、语用功能、转换,以及影响这一言语行为实施的制约因素。通过系统的比较研究,为人们更好地了解和使用这一言语行为提供指导。Term of address is a very important speech act. It has strong pragmatic characteristics. Term of address can be divided into address form and term of reference. This paper discusses the patterns, pragmatic functions and change of English and Chinese address forms, and also the factors that affect this speech act. Through systematical comparative research, this paper can provide necessary guide for better understanding and using of this speech act.
