摘  要:教师教学质量评价应该贯彻客观性、一致性、全面性、目的性、可行性原则;需要评价教师的专业素养、教学过程和教学成果;需要改革现行的生评教为主辅以专家听课的方法,实行多元评价主体和多种评价信息采集方式相结合的评价方法。The Evaluation of the teaching quality of teachers should adhere to the principle of objectivity,consistency,all-round way,motivation and feasibility.The professional accomplishment,the teaching process and the teaching achievements of teachers need evaluating.The present way of evaluating teaching by specialist's visiting a class as well as by students' comments requires reformation.The evaluation which combines evaluating teaching quality in all-round way with gathering various evaluation information should be adopted.
