健康教育中高校体育教师应具备的基本素质和能力

摘　　要：学校体育卫生工作虽然是素质教育的重要组成部分,但却是学校教育中最薄弱的环节,距素质教育对人才培养的要求还有相当大的差距。随着学校教育中健康第一指导思想的引入,体育教师的职责范围发生了根本性的变化。在学校的健康教育中,体育教师的教学过程就显得更为重要,同时也对体育教师的自身素质提出了更高的要求。本文就在学校健康教育过程中高校体育教师应具备的基本素质和能力进行了论述。Although being an important section of quality education,the development of physical hygiene in institutions of higher learning is still a weak link in the chain of education.And there is a long distance between the reality and what is required by quality education.With the introduction of the guiding ideology 'Health is the most important',there is a fundamental change in the responsibility scope of teachers of physical education.In health education,the teaching course is becoming more important.At the same time,it sets a still higher demand on the quality of teachers of physical education.This article mainly focuses on the necessary quality and capacity of teachers of physical education for health education in institutions of higher learning.
