摘　　要：　本文从两个方面深入分析了我国工业部门的就业潜力:从工业部门结构偏离度的变化趋势和国际比较结果来看,我国工业部门具有较大的就业潜力;对区域就业机会差异的分析也表明,工业化是影响区域就业增长的重要因素。文中还进一步分析了工业化是如何促进就业的。This paper analyses the employment potentials in industry section from two aspects: from the change trend of industry department's structure departure degree and the results of international comparison, the employment potentials in Chinese industry department is very large; analysis of the differences in employment opportunities among regions shows industrialization is an important factor affecting the increase of regional employment. This paper also analyses how industrialization promotes the increase of employment.
