摘　　要：等离子体作为物质第四态,在宇宙中普遍存在.等离子体对表面材料、半导体材料的生成和制备提供了良好的环境,与之相关的等离子体状态诊断研究也显得非常重要.There is a great deal of plasma as the f ourth form of the substance in the uni verse.Plasma provides a favorable circums tance for the making of surface material and semiconductor material.At the same time,the diagnosing rese arch on the form of plasma is importan t.
