摘　　要：SAA4961是一种NTSC/PAL制兼容的3行自适应梳状滤波器.其特点是输出亮度信号不需要通常的色度陷波器,增加了亮度信号的带宽,可以有效消除“色串亮”和“亮串色”等现象,大幅度提高彩电的清晰度.SAA4961is a NTSC /PAL compatible thr ee -capable self -adapt pectinate fliter.Its feature is that the luminosity signals output d oes not use the normal chroma filter,the bandwidth of luminosity signals can be increased,and the phenomena of 'color enter luminosity'and'luminosity enter color 'and so on are effectively eliminated,so the definition of the color TV is greatly improved.
