摘 要:将亲脂性纳米材料单层地修饰于玻碳电极表面,在pH=7.3的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,于0.0~1.0V(vsSCE)范围内对盐酸异丙嗪进行阳极示差脉冲伏安分析,在0.57V(vsSCE)处出现一灵敏的盐酸异丙嗪氧化峰.该峰电流可用于定量测定6.0×10-8~5.4×10-6mol·L-1浓度范围内的盐酸异丙嗪,检出限为2.0×10-8mol·L-1.与裸玻碳电极相比,由于表面MPCs(monolayerprotectedclusters)的疏水性,纳米修饰玻碳电极既可富集异丙嗪分子以提高检测的灵敏度,又能显著减少水溶性物质如抗坏血酸等的干扰,而且检测时无需除氧.实验对pH、MPCs组装时间、富集电位及时间、扫描速率等条件进行了优化.The glassy carbon electrode was modified with hydrophobic monolayer protected clusters (MPCs) in monolayer. It was used to determine promethazine hydrochloride by the anodic differential-pulse voltammetric method in pH (7.3) phosphate buffer. The promethazine was determined quantitatively at ca. 0.57 V (vs SCE) without deaeration in the concentration range of 6.0×10^(-8)~5.4×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1)with the detection limit of 2.0×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1). Compared with the bare glassy carbon electrode, MPCs modified electrode had advantages of not only accumulating prome- thazine due to its hydrophobe for improving sensitivity, but also preventing hydrophilic species such as ascorbic acid from approaching electrode surface and decreasing the background current of MPCs modified electrode. The effect of pH, assembly of MPCs, pre-concentration and scan rate etc. were also investigated in this paper.
