摘　　要：采用个案调查、观察、面访与测量相结合的方法,探析大赛前中国体操队运动员训练行为的控制方法。结果表明,从个体层面对运动员训练行为的控制,主要是围绕提高运动员承受压力的能力和实施有效的激励进行;从集训队群体层面的控制,欲将集训队塑造成高绩效团队;而运动队文化是组织文化在运动队中的具体表现,是建设高水平运动队的根本。With the aid of the combined research method of case investigations, observation interviews and measurement, the present paper has studied the control of the Chinese Gymnastic Team over its gymnasts' training behavior before major competitions. The results have showed that it has mainly centered on improving gymnasts' ability of performance under the pressure and carrying out effective inspiration to them to control gymnasts' training behavior individually. Controlling the training behavior of the team as a group is to make it become a high achievement collective, while the team culture is the concrete expression of organizational culture in sports team and it is the basis of building a high level sports team.
