摘　　要：　造纸黑液经酸析、分离得到木素,水洗后在压力反应釜中进行磺化.实验表明,环境因子对磺化产率有规律性影响,磺化产率随温度、pH值、磺化剂与木素比例增加而上升,随木质素浓度增加而降低.而压力、时间仅在一定范围内与产率呈现正相关.Papermaking black liquor by reacting with acid and separating had obtained Klason's lignin.It was sulphonated in pressure kettle after washing with water.Experimentations showed that circumstance factors had had regular effects on sulphonation production rate.The sulphonation producing rate rised with temperature,pH,proportion of sulphonated reagent increasing and descended with the concentration of lignin adding.It was only the positive correlation between pressure and time and the production rate in a given range.
