摘　　要：本文采用计算机辅助褶合曲线分析法 ,结合计算机信息处理技术 ,应用其单组分定量分析功能系统 ,不除辅料直接测定以蒸馏水为主要溶剂测定美沙拉嗪片的含量 ,平均回收率接近 10 0 .0 0 % (n=4 ) ;RSD为 0 .0 7% ,重线性好 ,结果满意。The computer-aided convolution curve method was used to determine Mesalazine enter-coated tablets in its single component function system without the filtration of subsidiary materials.The average recovery rate was near to 100.00% (n=4),RSD=0.06%. The method is used for qualitative control of Mesalazine enter-coated tablets,which is simple, rapid and accurate.
