摘 要:采用热压方法制备了Al2O3/20%Ni网状复合材料,通过压痕-淬火法在300-900℃淬火温差范围内评估了热震抗力.结果表明,复合材料的抗热震性明显高于单相A12O3陶瓷.根据材料的力学和物理性能,计算了A12O3陶瓷和Al2O3/20%Ni网状复合材料的抗热震因子R'和 R"",结果表明,复合材料的抗热震因子亦大于单相Al2O3陶瓷,与热震实验结果相吻合.An Al2O3/20%Ni network composite was fabricated by hot pressing, and its thermal shock resistance was evaluated through an indentation-quench test within a quenching-temperature difference range of 300-900 degreesC. The composite exhibited much higher thermal shock resistance than the monolithic Al2O3 ceramic. Thermal shock resistance parameters (R' and R'''') of the Al2O3 ceramic and the Al2O3/20%Ni composite were calculated according to their mechanical and physical properties. The calculated value of the composite is higher than that of the Al2O3 ceramic, which agrees well with the result of thermal shock experiment.
