摘　　要：回顾分析国内外相关文献 ,探讨修正性内镜鼻窦手术 (RESS)的安全性。认为RESS的适应证是有选择性的 ,鼻窦CT在确保安全方面起重要作用 ,有 6个安全解剖学标志可指导手术 ,发生并发症的原因是多方面的。结论证明修正性内镜鼻窦手术的安全是有保障的。To explore the safety of revision endoscopic sinus surgery, relevant articles were retrospectively reviewed and analysed. The indications of revision endoscopic sinus surgery were to be selective. Computed tomography (CT) scan played an important role in insuring the operative safety. Six anatomic structures can be considered as safe marks to guide the surgical procedures. The reasons of complication occurrence were various. The safety of revision endoscopic sinus surgery has been proved to be ensured.
