医院消毒管理与院内感染监控效益初步分析

摘　　要：为了解山东省医院消毒管理与院内感染控制效益,对不同等级医院1995年的消毒投入与院内感染控制的关系进行了调查分析。结果,级别高的医院投入的消毒费用所占的比例较高;随消毒费用投入的增加,院内感染率有所降低。与1985年比较,医院消毒合格率提高了62.38％,院内感染率平均下降了71.25％。初步分析医院消毒与院内感染监控投资取得了明显社会经济效益。In order to know hospital disinfection administration and benefit of nosocomial infection control in Shandong Province, the relation between disinfection investment and nosocomial infection control in 1995 in hospitals of different levels was investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the disinfection fund invested in hospitals of high level accounted for high proportion. The nosocomial infection rate decreased with increasing disinfection investment. Compared with 1985, the eligible rate of hospital disinfection increased by 62.38% and nosocomial infection rate decreased by 71.25% in average. According to the preliminary analysis, investment in hospital disinfection and nosocomial infection control obtained obvious social and economical benefits.
